Bottle. Bit sweet, high bitterness, bit malty. Crafty not craft. Definitely wouldn't rather die than drink it, but probably won't bother again. --- Beer merged from original tick of Dia De Los Muertos Hop On Or Die IPA on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. White bottle. Blonde. Cornaroma. Grainy flavor with a hint of apple. Just a hint of citrus. Can’t taste any hops. Very short aftertaste, somewhat sticky. Characterless brew.

Bottle. Golden color. Ripe tropical fruit and floral perfumed notes in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweetish. Soft tart notes. Somewhat faded hops. OK.

12oz bottle pours a clear gold, frothy white head. Nose has flowers, heavy corn, yeast, flour. Flavor is flabby, corn and corn meal and corn syrup. Ick. Flabby finish. Bad.

Clear pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, maize, vegetables. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, vegetables. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary notes, light peppery note, papery end. Light to medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, not bad for a macro.

Pours pitch black with a tan head. Aroma of nut and salted caramel. Taste has nutty elements and an odd smoked taste. Palate has oily herbal notes, relatively thin. Weird porter.

Bottle. Cloudy orangey coloured beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is yeasty with some citrus, and the flavour is yeasty and banana like with mild bitterness at the finish. Overall an average hefeweizen.

Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Aroma of cloves and bread. Taste is thick, bananas, cloves, nutmeg, spice. Palate has more coriander and banana. Good take on the style.
