Clear, golden colored, medium white head. Aroma is of malt, some grain, light diacetyl and touch of corn when warm, some herbal hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, grains, herbal grassy moderate- hops, medium- bitterness, dryish finish, touch of corn when warmer. Medium- bodied, soft+ carbonation, bit watery.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Genova as Dia De Los Muertos Doa IPA. Shiny darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, light malt and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, some fruits and weak herbal hoppy with sweetish finish.

Small cream to off-white head over clear metallic copper beer, finely carbonated. Caramel, parsley, sweet malts partly toasted, leafy. Smells sweet. More of the same, but all aromas watered down in the flavour, joined by some liquorice. Finish has metallic bitterness. Slick, bit sticky, medium carbonation, light body; awful metallic aftertaste. Trash ale. Bottle with a fajita (pronounced fah jeet aaaah) at Pancho Villa. It pours clear dark amber with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, malt - drive, brown bread, some oily orange and bran muffin. The taste is dry, dull bitterness, brown bread, rivita, oily orange, watery, pithy and caramel with a toasty finish. Average body and carbonation. Yeah pretty basic as expected.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a light beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, some cigarette ash, chemicals. A bit on the thin side.
