[as Dia De Los Muertos DOA IPA] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo e dall'agrumato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. La parte liquida si presenta limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di caramello, miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, agrumi, affumicato e pompelmo rosa.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La parte liquida si presenta velata. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano note di miele, cereali, erba e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore color marrone castagno resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, nocciole tostate, frutta secca e agrumi.

330 ml clear bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 4.2%. Pale golden colour, minimal head. Aroma of green chilies and green peppers / other uncooked vegetables, not very inviting. The flavour has a solid chili burn from start to finish, no sign of anything else (like malts and hops). Really hot chili burn in the aftertaste. Oh dear. Glad I did not finish a whole bottle of this.

Bottle from 504 Craft Beer Reserve, New Orleans. Aroma is cocoa powder, artificial milk chocolate, caramel toffee and a touch of vanilla, with a little roast. Flavour is very sweet with a little bitterness. Body is medium. Picked this up for curiosity value. Very high in powdery chocolate like Nesquick, artificial.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is sweetish malt with caramel and light cardboard. Medium sweet flavour with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Shame about the cheap cardboard aspect, that being said I expected this to be worse.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear dark brown colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, nicely hints of caramel. Thuoght this beer was worser but i’am surprised.
