Bottle from a local Lidl. Aroma is pale malt, orange, perfumed/floral notes, touch of apple. Flavour is pretty sweetish with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Sweet and bland.

Bottle from a local Lidl. Aroma is malty with caramel, some brown bread, modest piney hops, hint of orange. Flavour is sweetish with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Drinkable as an Amber Ale but very little IPA about it.

As Postina Birra IPA, 6.0% ABV. 0.33 l bottle thanks to PBF_korica, shared with prof. Prezbelewsky, Marko and him. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, estery, ripe apple, green apple, floral, citrusy, malty. Flavour is fruity, apple, some citrus, orange, some malts in the back, light spice. Smooth, slick, soft carbonation, dull, light bitterness, light dry finish.

0.33l bottle, thx pbf_korica, shared with Hrabren and Prof. Bekić. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Spicy orange aroma, pleasant, bit young and green. Lean, dry taste, heavy orange juice, herbal notes, spicy, bitterish, bit grainy maybe in the background, but actually a decent, if flawed supermarket IPA.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear amber coloured brew with an light dry bitter taste and lightly hints of caramel and citrus, in the end this one needs body. This IPA is for beginners who want to learn the beer style.

0.75l bottle because of course American Lagers go in those. Thx Fil for sharing with Ryan, Sky and me! Hazy golden body, white head. Sweet aroma, oxidized, lychee notes. Huh. Floral, yeasty, oxidized taste, I mean... okay in a way, but far from an American lager.

Hazy dark blond colour, small head. Modest ale with a tad more bitterness than the average (not an IPA).

75cl bottle. Pours dark amber, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is intensely toasted, chestnut, nutty. Body is slightly dense, with average carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is yeasty, sweet.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L0792401 (BB: 15/06/25) AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of pine, resin, slight ripe melon. medium-low malty background, neutral with slight toffee. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and clear. medium-low off-white head with average retention for style. TASTE: initial medium hop aroma with notes of pine, resin and slight ripe fruit (melon-like), medium-high to high bitterness with a semi-dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an ok pale ale.
