Аромат хмелевой, умеренный, цитрусовый, много ноток от цветов, немного меда и дыни. Тело не такое мутное как у почти всех современных Нью ингландов, скажем на половину, пенка при этом стойкая, белая, пушистая. Вкус очень сбалансированный, снова дыня и нотки от цветов. При глотке уже цитрусы, немного сухости и горчинки травянисто цедровой. В целом хорошо, но сейчас ни как не удивляет.

Аромат травянистый, ощущается как классика уже, хотя в старо давние времена 2002 года ощущалось как революция. Хмеля много, много травянистости, прямо трава, небольшие нотки цитрусов, легкая пыльца цветочная. Цвет не такой мутный как у современных хэйзи, скорее полу мутный, пенка белая, средняя. Вкус такой же, есть травы сново в основе, много горячи сразу, которая только усиливается при глотке. Помимо трав, есть снова пыльца и корка цитрусов. Из за убойной горячи в содействии восьми градусов ощущается общий суровый характер пиваса. Еще одна легенда отмечена.

Это пиво на фесте налил мне сам Джон Кимихь, что я никогда не забуду. Пиво само отличное, конечно горькое просто пиздец, но хмеля очень интересно играют, как будто разными цветами. Даже скажу что уникально по вкусу хоть и гипер горько.

Был горд принять эту стопку пива от самого Джона Кимиха. И как оказалось, совсем не зря. Без прекрас и ангажировоности это самый лучший лагер на фестивале. Идеальное сочетание карамельного солода и небольшого хмеля который лишь слегка дополняет бархатистость а не забивает собой весь вкус, как это обычно бывает у Американских крафтовых пивоварнях. Просто топчик.

Сразу хочу сказать что дизайн просто лучший что я видел. Аромат действительно сразу напоминают оригинал только усиленный, как и сказано в описании. Цвет желтый, полу мутное тело, пенка небольшая. Вкус снова двойной оригинал. Немного меда, умеренная сладость, много травы, цедра от цитрусовых фруктов. Послевкусие суховатое, уже почти одна трава, сено прям. В целом намного больше зашло чем оригинал, прям действительно больше вкуса, хотя и горечь запредельная.

Can from J&B Craft Drinks. Piney and bitter with citrus, orange, pine resin, tropical fruit, some grapefruit. Long bitterness with a little sweetness. About what you can ask for from a classic IIPA. Great beer.

Undated 4 pack of cans drunk fresh to about 1.5 months old, most recently on 1/23/25.
Fairly heavily hazy, peach-tangerine-golden. Large, white head.
Nose is just an incredible amount of mineral alongside tangerine and lemon. Bright, with a healthy mix of both cracker and honey-like malts to gently balance. Good acidity, nothing overdone, with light tropical and stone fruits lingering on the crisp, clean, mineral-rich finish.
Soft, juicy, malty, very hoppy with excellent bitterness. Stone fruit, pine, pineapple. Varied yellow fruits but always backed by pine which is nicely balanced by the honey-rich maltiness with excellent, supple textures. No twang, chalk, alcohol. Just rich hop and malt. Great balance and huge drinkability. The Alchemist seems to have entered a Golden Age.

A hazed milky yellow orange ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth.
