Cask, half pint. Tasted on the 21/04/2019 at a JWD Wetherspoons, Manchester (England). Copper colour with a white and creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts and soft dried fruits. Taste is intense sweet malts. Profile is very malty, leading to a medium bitter finish. Next one please!

Cask at the Queens Head. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is bready straw. Taste has straw to start with a sweet hoppy finish. Touches of lime.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A reddish amber pour with a tight white head; aroma of biscuity malts; sweet caramel biscuit taste with some apricot fruit; then dry apricot kernels in the finish. A chewy and satisfying bitter.
