[ As Dukeries Best Bitter ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, pale malt, nutty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. On Tap at the Cardinals Hat. Lincoln. Rich deep ruby to black colour with a light beige head. Aroma has a touch of coffee, liquorice, and rich roasted malt. Taste light sweet to roasted bitter. medium body.

[ As Dukeries IPA ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, toffee, marmalade hops, caramel. Amber, clear, dense white head, light lacing
Aroma - slight soft fruits, almost nothing
Taste - Light citrus fruit, touch of earthy hops, slight nuttiness, flavour is just too weak, does build up a little with the drinking
Palate - Watery body, light sweet. Finish is light bitter, not much at all
Overall - Not great, too watery, palate trying to grasp at the little flavour on offer
