Draught @ Breweppes Brewfest Sep 25. Pours gold with a fine mist, good white head. Doughy with a hoppy exotic sweet character, medium bodied with a gentle bitter backdrop. Ok.

Draught @ Breweppes Brewfest Sep 25. Pours a deep purple with hazy complexion, purple tint to a white head. Quite a vivid dark berry character, prominent juicy blueberry with complimentary blackcurrant shades, some pippy moments with a gentle sour breeze. Nice.

Draft @ FIBA 2024. First beer of the festival. Pours a hazed gold, small white head. Fresh tart sweet saison character, wasn't aware it was mixed ferm at the time, or that it's been aged for 18 months, certainly lacks a certain depth and wildness you'd expect, perhaps a little wild sweetness coming through. A nice gentle rustic saison all the same.

Draft @ FIBA 2024. Pours a hazed deep pinkish red, thin ring of white foam circling the glass. Aroma of creamy cherry. Flavour profile is fruity tart, creamy cherry pie with a gentle sour presence. Nice sipper.

Bière avec une mousse très généreuse, presque trop, c'est un peu difficile à servir. Jolie robe dorée, nez plutôt agréable, bouche très fortement axée sur les zestes, mandarine et pamplemousse, elle est vraiment très bonne et a beaucoup de caractère malgré le fait qu'elle ne soit qu'à 3,5.
