Cloudy, near murky gold with a frothy white head and a tropical fruit aroma. Soft, smooth and fruity up front, just a little hop kick and a hint of funk before a dry bitter finish

440ml can. Pours pitch black, solid off-white head. Aroma brings fresh roast, coffee, dark malt. Continues to taste with a confident bitter roast character, prominent espresso coffee with some dark chocolate notes. Quite flavoursome.

440ml can. Pours a hazed gold, thin white head. Gentle strawberry aroma. Flavour profile has a nicely integrated strawberry presence, though coming across like a pale ale at times, rather than a gose. Subtle lactic finish, gose-like dry finish. Perhaps akin to a traditional German gose than the modern variants. Decent.

Can from Beer Hatch, Norwich. Opaque pale yellow with a white head. Pineapple and lemon with hints of grass, peach and just a touch of onion. Light, fresh and refreshing, albeit not that memorable. Very sessionable though, and went down a treat with my homemade lime and coconut Pacific fusion curry!

440ml can. Pours a glowing orange, good frothy pure white head. Good whiff of exotic stonefruit. Excellent crisp hoppy bite with brilliantly balanced exotic fruit, light clementine, pineapple and grapefruit notes. Polite bitterness rounding things off. Really good IPA.
