We brew our beers with high quality ingredients. We work with modern hop varieties that give our beers an abundance of flavors. We offer "classic" beers: Pale Ale, Blanche, IPA, Brune..., as well as more sought-after beers: sour beers, beers matured in old wine barrels, ultra-hopped beers, smoked beers...

Deep brown with a tan head. A bit of chocolate, roasted malts, large semi-sweet vegetal note. Thin bodied. A hint of sour in the finish. Something seems amiss here.

16/5/2024. Bottle shared by the Shropshire boys, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is floral, soapy, grapefruit, stone fruits, pine and a touch of coconut. Medium sweetness, bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Waxy finish. Quite liked this.

330ml bottle @ Jeremy's. Pours a hazed gold, thin white head. Dank, overripe stonefruit nose. Flavour profile presents dank exotics, encompassing mango, passionfruit and creamy coconut that brings to mind sabro. Nice haze.

10th April 2024, mega tasting with minutemat at my place, cheers for the 330ml bottle of this Mat. Weak white topping on a hazy golden body. Putting 'Cryo Hops' as an ingredient doesn't help anybody, but it's fun guessing what the hell they might have used. My guess is Citra and Sabro because of the citrusy and slightly coconut esters and flavours, found this OK rather than exciting.
