Description
Shiny was established in 2012, as a small scale operation, brewing in Derby mainly for its brew pub. Now based in the beautiful village of Little Eaton, just outside of Derby. The brewery is based in the centre of the village and has a taproom which features all Shiny’s new beers and one off pilots. Our beer story began with untraditional highly hopped cask beer and now has evolved into brewing a range of cask, keg and cans, the ethos is still the same brew beers we love to drink which means lots of hops! All beers are unfined and a good number of our core range is certified Gluten Free.

Keg at The Beer Metropolis, Little Eaton, Derbyshire, Friday 16th December 2016 Pours hazy gold, it’s a bit cold but to br fair the environment is a little bit nippy, we stood by the bar under a heater to warm up a bit. There is a soft bitterness, a touch fruity, Belgian yeasts showing, quite good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
