[ As Shiny Wrench ].Clear dark brown color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, roasted, dark roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, roasted, chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a white foam head. Nice and biscuity, with pale bready malts, lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, with light bitter hay, citrus notes, crispy biscuits. Very nice beer.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is skunky stale malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a big hop bitter, light butter caramel malt palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Clear golden blonde with a limited off white covering. Nose is citric sherbets, melon, soft bread dough. Taste comprises tangerine, straw, melon, juicy hop strokes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a sprinkle of hop bitterness. Ok golde.
