Half, cask at Furnace in Derby. A slight wheat haze to a pale golden coloured body. Bubbly ring to the rim of the glass. Wheat and lemon on the nose. Fresh fruity taste of lemon and apricot on a backbone of wheat. Clean in the mouth. Excellent thirst quencher (22.02.2015).

Half pint, cask at the brewpub. Bright golden body, tiny white head. Fragile lacing. Aromas of herbal hops with rich fruity hints. Fruit hoppy taste of grapefruit and lemon with pale malts beneath. Smooth fruit bitter ending. Mild oily palate. Refreshing (Sunday pub crawl in Derby 22.02.2015).

A 500ml bottle picked up at KellenTay Beers in Derby. Also available on tap at the brewpub. Pours a lasting pearl white white blanketing the glass. Muddy body content. Inviting dry hopped aroma. Taste of citrus with grapefruit to the fore. Mid-dry bitter end if citrus peels. Fine bodied and soft in the mouth. Pleasant (shared with Knut, Are, Johnny and Dag Erik, hotel room 22.02.2015).

Cask at Merton Beer Festival Saturday 28th February 2015. Pours dark brown with really creamy off white head, It have to say of all the beers this held up the best over the duration of the weekend and looked nigh on perfect. Some wafts of chocolate on nose and also malt. In the mouth chocolate showed again and this was very decent, however maybe a little bit thin, though I guess this is a mild so it is never going to have a great deal of body. Good. A6 A5 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2
