Many breweries have the ability to make great craft beer, some can make a variety of great beers but with a small pilot plant we have ability to trial and perfect our recipes to ensure we only supply our very best. Add in Kit’s chemical engineering degree and our extensive range of quality control equipment, we can ensure the consistency and quality of our beers remain at the highest standard.

Cask at Winstons. Pours lightly hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and grapefruit. Taste is mango and passionfruit. Artificial though. Sticky finish.

Cask at the Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Deep straw colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light malty slight dry to finish, light zest. Light body.

440ml can from Three Brothers Brewery stall. Chestnut brown colour with reddish tinge, beige foam head and aroma of chocolate, malt, coffee. Taste is sweet, malty, roasty, with tiramisu flavours, milk chocolate, coffee, and earthy bittermess. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roast chocolatey malt finish. Quite drinkable.

440ml can from Brewery stall. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of amaretto, cinnamon and ginger. Taste is sweet, malty, with citrus, herbal ginger & cinnamon, some amaretto notes and drying bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet warming spiced bitter finish. Quite OK

Deadication beer to King Henry VIII, who revolutionised the religious order in England, mainly for his own purposes, he was born on this day. I'm not sure there's ever been a ruby revolution outside of this beer, which is a session strength darker malty brew with plenty of flavour.
