(Bottle) Clear straw, no head. Lemony cardboard aroma. Reasonable palate - light body with quite fine carbonation. Taste is watery, and what there is is not very pleasant - some lemony notes over a corny sweetness, with no discernible bitterness, just a very slight metallic note at the end. Very disappointing. Make or Break?

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Another summer ale in the middle of winter! Mild hoppy nose. Cloudy golden beer with small creamy white head. A bit zingy on the tongue, hops are prominent. Finish is short and slightly citric. Standard thirst quencher.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Slight aroma, citric hops but also a little malt. Nice copper coloured beer with white head. Medium carbonation. Not as bitter as I expected. Definitely hoppy but with a smoky malt background. Finish is lingering and bitter. A bit understated but drinkable.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Sherbet hoppy nose. Looks superb, deep amber beer with two finger lasting white head. Fine carbonation. Medium body, a little zing on the tongue, a bit creamy. The finish is a slight fruity bitterness with a malt undertone. Not bad, sessionable.

330 ml bottle. Pours amber, mediocre head, stays for a bit. Aroma is toasted bread, breadcrumbs, some caramel. Taste has also some caramel, bit of hops (not much though), malt base is strong. Drinks well but for me it feels more like a malty pale ale than IPA.

330ml bottle into glass. Interesting nose, wood shavings? Pours a cloudy yellow with slight carbonation, no head. Taste is spritzy hops. Aftertaste is more interesting. Develops sweet&sour then ends with a touch of lingering citric bitterness. S’alright.

Bottle. Maybe too late, but was in the fridge at a BWS and well in date. Amber with an inch of white head. Aroma of kumquats, grapefruit, pine, nectarines, bread crusts. Sweet with some fairly plain caramel, nectarines, grapefruit, pine. A little catty in not quite fresh Simcoe fashion. Firm bitterness. I guess it held up OK.

330ml clear bottle into schooner glass. Smells a slight skunk/hop. Looks like pale yellow fizzy water. Not inviting. Taste is light malt, finish is clean and abrupt. Inoffensive BBQ beer designed to be drunk from the bottle.
