From a 440ml can on 1/8/2026. Pours an opaque caramel with a small and fast disappearing head. Has a strong nose of apples, caramel, toffee and dried fruit. All of those are present on the dip with the apple holding sway. Syrupy palate with moderate carbonation. A lovely big winter sipper.

Can. Dirty brown with a cm of pale beige head. Gentle berry and dark sugar aroma. Much more complex and involving upon a swig - malt bread, toffee, baked apples and berries, then boiled citrus and gentle pine that creep forth gradually and squeeze out the sweetness until a moderately bitter finish. Interesting but let down by the aroma.

From a 440ml can on 21/6/2026. Pours an opaque reddy amber with a medium head. Has a light nose featuring berries and a touch of malt. Tastes of berries with hints of dried and citrus fruit and some toasted malt. Finishes with a tangy, fruity moderate bitterness. Fullish body with moderate carbonation. I''ve not heard of the concept of the hazy red IPA let alone a double one. it doesn't present as big as 9%, going down pretty easily. It's more subtle and straight forward than you might expect, but exhibits a decent amount of charm.

From a 440ml can on 19/6/2026. Pours a opaque deep amber with a small and dissipating head. The nose features caramel toffee and dried fruit. Taste wise, it's nicely malty with caramel, toffee and bread, along with dates, prunes, raisins and brown sugar. Has a nice dash of whisky in a moderate, slightly tangy bitterness. Syrupy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Rich, smooth and sumptuous. Really good.
