(Can) Pours hazy amber with small white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruit and citrus with pine notes. Medium bodied with plenty of fine soft carbonation giving a soft mouthfeel. Great taste driven by hops. Tropical fruit and citrus up front, but quickly joined by herbal hoppy bitterness. Some hints of biscuit malt in the mid palate. Long moderately bitter finish. Enjoyable.

From a 440ml can on 27/2/2026 (shared by Ed with thanks). Pours a deepest brown with a smallish tan head. The nose is strong, with lots of a dark chocolate, a dash of coffee, and a good whiff of whisky. Flavour wise, you get everything that's on the nose, all chocolatey and coffee, with a big whisky finish. Syrupy palate with softish carbonation. Complex, smooth and satisfying. These guys do the big stouts really well.

(Can - 4.8% now) Pours clear pale golden with decent white head. Good aroma with citrus and notes of pepper, pine, and biscuit. Medium body with excellent full carbonation. Good taste too. Nice citrus notes at the start continue well into the palate. Pepper spice building steadily. Pleasant restrained bitter finish. Biscuit malt hovering in the background. Very good.

(Can - 6.0%, down from reviews of six years ago) Pours slightly hazy amber with big white head. Great aroma - pine and biscuity malt. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste like the aroma. Plenty of resinous hops of a nice biscuit malt base. Nice bitter finish.

Can. Misted light amber, white head. Minty aroma with oranges, peach, crackers. Fairly light bodied with fruit, woody and leafy herbs, barley supporting malt, moderate bitterness that leaves some tingly aromatics to linger. Doesn't offer enough for its strength but not bad.

(Can) Hreat looking beer - black with big tan head. Aroma is dark roast malt with notes of chocolate, toast and yeast. Medium body with good carbonation. Great taste. Dark roast malt with a burnt sugar bitterness that is subtle at the start but gradually grows through the palate. Chocolate. Very good.

Can. Pale amber with a fast fading white head. Aroma of grapefruit, some crackers, caramelised apples. Moderately tart - think Chinotto - with citrus there but not dominating. Really refreshing. A good 'afternoon in the sun' sort of a beer.

Can. Opaque orange with a cm of white head. Gentle lime and tropical fruit aroma with some peach, grass and herbs. Thick, vague texture - a bit cotton wool-like. Sweet with lots of fruit, herbal astringency builds with some bitterness towards the end. The problem with their approach is consumer heterogeneity - I like some hazies but often dislike the ones most loved by hazy aficionados.

Can. Cloudy orangish amber, large white head. Aroma of herbal orange and lemon, crackers, some peach. More bread than crackers upon a taste. More orange than lemon, maybe more spice than herb - although perhaps that's suggestion. Fairly bitter finish. Seems strong for what it offers.
