A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head.

A- Faint smoke.

F- Light smoke, grains.

T- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.

O- Really nice balance. Light smoke but it's still the star. Well done.

Copper colour and tiny white head. Sweet, a bit ryeish nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweet, low carbonation, a bit sweetish. Simple doppelbock, lacks maltyness.

Amber, dark golden colour and small white head and lace. Odd stuffy berryish nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweet malts, pencil flavour. Not in the best condition.

Hazy yellow color and small white head. Pineapple, light breadyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Citrus, some tropical fruits, pale malts. Simple.

Amber colour and small white head and lace. A bit bready, fruity hoppy aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Malts, fruity with some bitterish English hops. Not so English but ok.

Pint can from the brewery, 1/24/24. Clear dark amber, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of toasted malt, grain, caramel, tea leaves, nuts. Taste is toasted malt, nuts, grain, mild roast. Crisp, well balanced.

Omaha trip #67. Pint can from the brewery, 1/22/24. Clear gold, large white had, average retention. Aroma of pale malt, apple, green hops. Taste is bready malt, earthy, green hops, apple. Mild lingering bitterness.

Crowler from the brewery, 1/21/24. Omaha trip #56. Pint can from the brewery, 1/21/24. Dark red, brown in the glass. Medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, earth. Taste is roast, coffee, chocolate, hops. Crisp, well balanced.
