Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a billowing, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with nice floral hop expression, dry and crispy biscuits, straw, a little grass. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean, bitter finish, more floral hops, grass, cracked grains, biscuits. Massively drinkable.

Unser Einstiegsbier in einen gemütlichen BIerabend. Gefunden habe ich die 1l-Glasflasche in einem Bier-Kühlschrank in einem Hipster-Lokal in der Eisenbahn-Stadt Břeclav. Es hat mir und meinem Kumpel gut gefallen, da uns die Harmonie aus Malzigkeit und Hopfigkeit überzeugen konnte. So hat das rote Bier feine grasige Noten, welche Hand in Hand mit den karamelligen Malzaromen gehen. Auf jeden Fall einen Schluck wert.

Draught, 6.2% at Roesel, Prague. Deep reddish brown colour, seems clear. Small stable tan head. The flavour is s little anonymous, but has some caramel in the end. Low bitterness.

Can at BBT 10/2021. I have a slightly worse sense of smell this time. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. There are light pistachios in both aroma and flavour, but I keep asking myself if I would rather like to get more of them, or none at all. There is med-high chocolate, cocoa, very light deep roast. I also get med-light vanilla. Not bad, but feels simultaneously rather empty and slightly over the top. Quite good, but not great.

From bottle at BBT, October 2021.Dark brown with beige head. Aroma of dark malt, coconut, nuts, chocolate. Taste, nougat, peanuts, vanilla. Medium bodied.
