750ml bottle from Clapton Craft. Yellowy gold colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of quince, apple, funk. Taste is tart, quince, some apple, fleshy fruity, citric notes, with acetic funk, acidity and alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying quincey acidic at the finish. Very drinkable.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma is perry pear, citric, funky, pineapple cubes. Super tasting perry, nice citric sharpness. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Clapton Craft. For #rgpm. Hazed yellow gold colour, white foam head that retains and aroma of pear, funk, minerals, citric. Taste is sweetish and tart, peary, fleshy, pineapple, fruity, funky and with some lemony acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A hazed deep goldedn orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is big funky horse blanket, barnyard, green apple, woody bark. Flavour is composed of uber dry, bark, woody apple pips, barnyard apple, horsey funk. tangy finish. Palate is uber crisp, highish carbonation, drying pithy finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/08/24. Golden to light copper with a just off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is funky apple, straw, herb, dusty orchard fruit, tannins. Taste comprises tangy apples, herb, hedgerow, barnyard notes, funk, light acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent funky cider.
