Draught at the restaurant/brauerei
Muddy amber color; creamy head, a shade of beige. The aroma is mild, yet very interesting, mixing some roasted malt with a fruity hop. The mouthfeel is quite dry, although the body structure is correctly built; unexpectedly there is an evident flavor of roasted malts, almost ashy, and a good bitterness level, although the hop is not as aromatic; balanced final, but a bit weak in the backbone, and showing mostly the ashy malts; there are traces of yeast too.
Pleasant.

Draught at the restaurant/brauerei
Pale blond color, hazy; generous creamy head. The aroma is mild, showing the spicy side of Weizens, also lightly earthy. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with good wheat flavor, spicy as well, and without fruity esters; good bitterness level.
Balanced and sharp; good.

Draught at the restaurant/brauerei
Blond color, hazy, with generous head. Delicate aroma of malt and hop. The flavor portrays a quite good malt flavor, dry, with caramel; the mouthfeel is good, substantial; although the hop doesn’t shine, the bitterness is bold and well blended in the body, leading to a rather powerful final; tickling feeling on the tongue.
Pleasant.
