On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden with a neat lacy head. Nose - floral, plant stalks and some lemon. Taste - more lemon, plant stalks and resin. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - balanced if unexciting.

Cask. Shakespeareโs, Sheffield. Straw colour. Soft haze. Thin, sticky, bright white head. Nose has lemon peel. Clementine. Nectarine. Very bright and fruity. Taste is light, citrusy bitter. Pretty dry, too. Light body. Dry as a bone. Fine carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish.

Sample tube from the dregs run (I think this is the one!). Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and faint malt. Taste is bitter, more lemon. Bitter finish
