Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is rubber, funky apple, woody bark, little cow pat, woody apple pips. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, funky farmyard, cow pat, dungy, light burn, woody apple,. mild tang. Palate is tangy, mild sour, mild prickly, spice, moderate fine carrbonation. Nice complexity.

750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a pop. Sparkling golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, meaty funk. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, tangy, with funky notes, some drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, dry acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taster at Nurme Brewery, Riga. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- apple, fermented, a bit sharp. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, nice apple, fermented, touch of alcohol. Medium bodied.
Very good cider.

Not even a pop when opening. Completely flat and gone halfway to vinegar. Very bad caping most probably so be aware! Money wasted, but I think I can use it for cooking. So not all is bad. Pork inner filee with vegetables maybe?
