330ml bottle. Barely clear, golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, fully lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Overall cautious, slightly piney and citrusy hoppy aroma, lemon-chalky, biscuit malty. Taste is crisp bitter hoppy, minimally citrusy, minimally sweet, caramel malty and biscuity basis, some gooseberry, a mineral touch; prickling carbonation. Has resemblance to some Dutch IPAs (hard water?).

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with huge, frothy to macropore, long lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and herbal hoppy aroma, a touch of gooseberry, some peppery spicy yeast action. Taste is grassy bitter hoppy, some peppery hay and yeast spiciness, a touch of brine. Rather rough ’n’ raw, Saison echoes; after all more yeast than hop accentuated. Cool.
