Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Ripe citrus in the nose, pale bread, jammy orange. Light-medium sweet flavour with some sun-kissed honey, dry pale bread, bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more ripe and jammy citrus fruits, pale grains. So so overall.

Bottle shared at Leightons place 27/03/2017. From BottleDog. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is light caramel, malts, pine, orange, . Flavour is composed of thin base malts stale, airy, piney hop. Palate is thin, stale malts, lowish carbonation. Disappointed.

Bottle split at New Bespine, thanks to Fergus, 27/03/17. Clear golden orange with a moderate off white cap. Nose is caramel, straw, orange peel, citric rinds. Taste comprises sweet malts, straw, orange peel, grains, caramel, sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Average for style ... lacks hop and balance.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Gold. Light haze. Big, frothy, off white head. Nose has pithy citrus. Dry malts. Hints of stone fruit. Bit of white grape. Taste has an initial sweetness. Gets pithy and zesty bitter. Light on the palate. Lively carbonation. Crisply bitter finish. Nice one.

500ml can. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fresh, piney and slightly citrusy, fruity hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, some grapefruit and lemon, pale malty background. Taste is piney and citrusy hoppy, notes of pineapple, some lemon, pale malty background carries light sweetness; pineapple is on withdrawal in the finish, a minimally chalky touch comes in; soft carbonation, minimally watery passages, however no sign of a collapsing malty backbone. Benefitting from a Cloudwater proximity effect? Very nice session(b)eer.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Pale golden with a dry texture and a well stated tropical fruitiness in both aroma and taste. Has a thick creamy head.

Light haze on this gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry pale malts. Pithy orange hops, a little fresh orange in there. Tangy citric peel. Dry pithy finish. A bit pithy - dry but fine.
