Draught at Covenhoven: pours somewhat hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is generally fruity: strawberry, citrus and the like. Taste is rather sweet, low bitterness. Some tangy bite.

16oz can pours an almost perfectly clear gold, fuzzy white head. Nose is zippy, big pop of herbs and honey and grass, orange zest, some malt, some grapefruit, but nice and peppy with grass and scallion and white pepper. Flavor follows, this reminds me a lot of Heady Topper, grassy, peppers, herbal, some malt as a backbone anchoring things, lots of fresh citrus. Finishes oily, with some bitterness. Great standard offering.

16oz can pours a clear orange with some sticky, white head. Nose has orange and grapefruit, honey comb, grist. Lots of fresh orange, in the nose and now on the tongue, soap, herbs, some pine appearing. There's a bit of a malty backbone holding things together. Finishes bitter, medium on the verge of full bodied. Decidedly old school. Very very drinkable.

16oz can pours a pulpy orange with basically no head. Nose has peach and apricot, lotta nectarine, some fresh orange juice, a touch sweaty. Flavor leads with the sweat and some briny-ness, fruit here is pulpy and its peach and nectarine and white plum. Ends with some natural wine. Finishes tart, but a nice juiciness flows over the palate at the end. 7 2 7 4 13

Pours a hazy, golden pineapple color, with smallish head. Aroma of citrus and a sort of rotting tropical fruit, with just a touch of an alcohol note. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, some chalkiness, a goodly amount of underlying sweetness, and just a touch of hop bitterness at the finish. Soft, full mouthfeel.

Can. Almost opaque deep orange with a white head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma of wintery oranges, grass, some pineapple & passionfruit. Pulpy juice texture, lowish carbonation. Lots of fruit with grass, bitterness and a little herbal touch at the end. I like it (and it's kept fine) but how can it be 8.5% alcohol?
