375mL bottle drunk 9/5/24. Cloudy, bc the frickin bartender literally shook the dregs of the bottle in to the glass. Copper-bronze. Well-retained, off-white head. Floral and biscuity. Great saison yeast with earth, spice, mineral... Soft, juicy, malty, not that hoppy. Mostly just perfume. Toast, pepper, caramel and honey. Great texture and dryness. But the yeast pour kills this.

Side pour at the brewery, 9/5/24. Unfiltered, bright amber with rusty copper. Creamy, beige head, slowly to cover. Malty, rich, well, but not over-hopped. Mineral and mellow earth lingering. Light caramel-toffee. Clean, of course. Malty, biscuity, lightly toasty. Soft and creamy texture. Ample malt depth with good attenuation. Caramel, toast, black pepper and earth lingering. Very rich, very robust though it isn't at first. Layers of malt with building hop bitterness. Incredibly flavorful for its size.

Draught @ Pizza J, Providence (Dec 2023). Extremely hazy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, very faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter citrus-pineapple taste, thin smooth body, long citrus finish. Very mellow and easy to drink.

Can from the brewery, picked up 11/26/23, dated 9/25/23, which is very concerning. Drunk 12/3/23. Moderately hazy, brass-maize. Off-white head slowly to cover. Citrus, wood, mango, fruity, heavily estery yeast. Biscuit, honey, succulent, balancing malt. Clean, no resin or booze, though the Simcoe is pretty woody. Floral notes with woody spice and an afterthought of orange and lemon pulp. Soft, biscuity malts, fairly deep and well attenuated. As with most of their beers the brewing execution is stunning. Just wish they weren't selling two .month old IPAs out of their brewery (though to it's credit, this one doesn't seem to suffer much if at all).

Canned 10/23/23, drunk 11/29/23. Interesting bright marigold-maize. Small, off-white head. Peach, pear, mango, various other tropical fruit and light spice. Has a good balance with honey and biscuit malts balancing gently. Rich, malty, touch of alcohol and light acidity with marmalade, tropical fruit and random spiciness. Watermelon, honeydew melon, guava and spicy mango pit linger. Balanced and juicy, with supple, pillowy malt. A pleasure to drink.

375mL bottle drunk 11/26/23. Clear copper-melon. Off-white, spotty head. A bit sharp, light Brett, crackery grains. Acetic? Yeah, def acetic. Moderate lactic, not much clear blueberry. Perfumey, sharp. Good maltiness, but just too sharply acetic to really enjoy it much.

Brewery draught, 11/26/23. Clear blonde, little, white head. Estery with interesting alcohols and light corn suggestions. Vanilla? Craft malt liquor is so interesting. No pesky hops, just a study in malt and unusual yeast. Clean, interesting malt and yeast. Good attenuation and grainy malt. Very clean, no booze, cheapness.
