Amber, bright, thin head, ok this is buttery, weak, alcoholic, tin notes, just not working.

Dullish hazy, medium head. Weedy, some oniony notes, the malt base is a touch gloppy.

Golden and bright, thin head. Light guava, a bit sweet, touch of alcohol in the finish. The guava is probably too late, had brighter and better expressions of this concept.

Draught @ Topgolf, Las Vegas. Easy going, sweetish and slightly yeasty with hints of banana and pineapple.

16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet vanilla cream. Taste is more of the nice sweet vanilla cream and some grain.

Short pour @Hudl. Dark, clear, russet amber, sexy. Nose is mostly burnt brown sugar. Starchy, rich, sharp. Molasses, Lipton tea, light lemon, grass, maple, bitter melon rind. Blend of old & new. Rich, low carb, pedestrian. Decent.

Dull gold, slightly hazed, like ng lasting lace. Tropical rum & pineapple, all barely, rum scent. Crazy boozy. Tastes like really good & fruity rum over melted down ice. It's bittersweet, leaning bitter. Tropical, earthy, delicious. Seriously fruitcake or macerated fruit before it gets baked. I've made my share of Alton Brown's recipe. I can almost pick out the vanilla from the OG batch, but can't. Hard, rounded sharpness, leftover sugars, numbness. Can't believe this is 7%. Best beer/rum infusion ever.

Side by side short pour with the rum barrel vanilla. Clear, straight amber, static unmovable head. Smell is Nilla wafers, soft artificial vanilla, still inviting. Taste is melted down Nilla wafers & some cracker, pinch of vodka. Thin, ever slightly acidic, lacking froth, modest but noticable abv. Interesting from a nostalgic perspective.

On tap @Hudl. Soapy, somewhat hazy, small bit of lingering lace. Mellow pine, citrus soda, faded hops. Soapy, called it. Syrupy, pineapple & menthol, hit of line, medicinal. Trash. Thick, low carb, doesn't feel fresh. I thought I escaped paying for bad beer years ago.

Short pour @Hudl. Mostly black with brown highlights. Very little, oily off white head. Hazelnut or there abouts-flavored coffee nose, soft but artificial. Watery milk stout sweetness. Taste is a mix of mellow artificial pumpkin & spice, with a good Japanese canned coffee backdrop. Semi-sweet, burnt milk, ash, soft bittergreen finish. Acidic, medium carb, moderate abv. Too thin to be as sweet as it is. Okay.
