Can. Brewed in EU. Massive thanks to John. Clear golden. Marzipan, boost, caramel, wodka, corn, unaged whisky. Very sweet, boozy bitter. Medium bodied, wodka finish. Not terrible but just boost and caramel.

Helder goudkleurig. Schuim snel weg. Geur: zoet, suiker, alcohol. Behoorlijk alcoholisch retronasaal, zoet, calvados. Smaak is zoet, alcohol. Medium to volle body. Iets droge afdronk.

Sample uit blik, Zaandam Kerst/NY tasting. Hoera, een (faux) country tick. Amber kleur, dunne witte kraag. Ruikt naar boter, amandelen, marsepein, alcohol, iets fruitig zoet, vanille. Medium body, glad. Heftig, maar niet eens extreem slecht. Gebrouwen in EU, Polen lijkt me een goeie kandidaat.

500ml can from the Bottle Houz, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark amber colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of champagne bubbles. The aroma is malt, boozy, toffee. The flavour is strong sweet, with a rich, smooth, malty, toffee caramel, burnt treacle, warm boozy alcohol bitter finish. Over medium bodied with lively carbonation. The things I drink for a country tick!

Can from Houz, Kuala Lumpur. Dark amber body, off-white head. Huge alcohol in the malty aroma. Lean, dry taste, sweetish maltiness and alcohol. Dunno, might as well be about the same as Kelenken, but different batches, but no real proof either. Again, feel more than a bit dirty I'm getting a BVI tick this way, though the can is very clear... Damn.

Can from Houz, Kuala Lumpur. Technically a British Virgin Islands tick, in reality really shouldn't be, might just move the beers as it feels dirty... Red-amber body, clear, off-white head. Alcohol and dried fruit in the sweetish, malty aroma. Lean, dry taste, sweetish, dry fruit in the maltiness, alcohol hits again, ends dry. I mean, not as awful as feared.
