32oz crowler pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a somewhat short lived white head of foam. The aroma offers up flowery berry hops, a bit of mango blended with strawberry and then clementine and tangelo citrus hoppiness. The taste is clean and crisp yet delivers somewhat soft berry to mildly strawberry hop flavor notes rimmed with tangy to bitter citrus hops. This is just clean and juicy and even clean perhaps and crisp. Damn this is good. So glad I have many more ounces of this to go.

12oz Can from O'Sheas, poured into an old Kasteel glass on 31st July 2025 at my daughters place in Laguna Hills. Black bodied, tanned head. Boozy and malty with lots going on. Rich and lush body, it's a proper sipper and a great night-cap.

4oz pour in the O'Shea Taproom on 30th July 2025. Clean and clear golden body, white crust. Citrus bite from the hop compo, hidden pine flavours over a decent malty base, liked it.

4oz pour in the O'Shea Taproom on 30th July 2025. Pale golden body, clean and bright; on top a wispy white head. Slight malty aroma, taste is more hoppy, nice blend, preferred the Wild Child I had with it though.

Pint can pours with a clear gold colored body that supports a near white head of lightly loose foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, a hit of lemon, pine hoppiness and then a slice of berry and mango into the end of the draw. The taste delivers a terrific balance of near chewy pin hop bitterness and bitter grapefruit citrus hoppiness. Another sip brings up some berry notes and a sliver of mango. Overall this carries a firm 'kit' of hop bitterness that pushes all of the right buttons. It also ends dry and crisp with some pleasing citrus hop and pine hop bitterness. I could go for a few cases of this.

Can, enormous thanks Ryan for sharing with Fil and me! Clear golden body, white head. Slightly raisiny white grapes, onion, herbal notes in the smooth aroma. Dry taste, minerally, oniony, white grapes initially lower, but much more distinct from the can, medium bitterness - as the fruity aspect of the Nelson grew, the taste made more and more sense. Lovely in the end, though the aroma wasn't the best ever for me. Really nice to try a Nelson beers from these people!

Can courtesy of Ryan who brought it from the source, and most generously shared with Fil and me! Clearish golden body, off-white head. Menthol, earthy notes, melon, light onion and dank in the aroma. Caramelly malty backbone, menthol fully, somewhat herbal. Quite okay, but my least favorite of the bunch that day (at 3.7, hah!).

On tap at Apex. Pours cloudy amber with white head. Lots of dark, bready malts in the aroma and flavour. Very solid red ale.
