Description
We will be using the finest malted barley, wheat, worldwide hops and worldwide yeast to create (we think) some great-tasting beers and hopefully, you will also agree. All our beer is vegan-friendly.
It has taken a few months to get where we are today, we have bought and installed our shiny new brewery plant plus we have added a new canning line. So, you can take all your favourite beers home with you as well as from your local pub.

Cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours clear copper-gold with a sturdy, creamy off-white head. Malty, lightly sweet, some toasty crackery malts, a little biscuit, citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation, OK condition. Finishes with some grassy bitterness, further crackery mats. Not bad.

Cask at Pig's Ear. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, slightly thin, decent caramel and cream. Slightly tangy ripe fruit hops. Mild peel bitterness. Bigger floral bitterness. Light smooth finish. Quite a soft bitter, alright though.

Cask at Egham Beer Fest Autumn 24. Aroma is citrusy with a vinous edge. Slightly opaque gold. Thin frothy foamy white head. Sour - citrus and vinous. Tart. Spice. Underlying malts. Light. Thin if slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Ultimately old school with recognisable NZ hops.
