Bottle at Carters thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear red, no head. Aromas of cider, Pimms, cucumber. Taste is sweet, more cucumber and strawberry. Thin finish.

Bottle at Carters. Appearance - red amber with no head and steady bubbles. Nose - just like Pimms. Red fruits and vegetable undertone. Taste - more of the same. Fruit dominant and a bit jammy. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a fairly good finish. Actually it’s too sweet. Overall - too sweet and sickly really. No wonder people have ice in it.

Bottle @ White Lion, Hebden Bridge. Clear red coloured. The apple is most prominent in its flavour, but the berry is evident here too, with the cucumber dominant in its nose.
