Can @ Martin tasting. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Oily. 221125

440ml can. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, pineapple, pine. Taste of citrus peel, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, piney resin, pleasant bitterness in the end. Medium bodied. Nice one. Bitterness a bit low if this was meant to be a westie.
I thought "classic IPA" might mean West Coast but this seemed more like one of those "Mountain IPAs", more a hybrid of east and west coast than anything specific... the name makes sense now.

Can from The Fuss Club. Aromas of peach yoghurt, tangerine, apricot, grapefruit. Flavours of pink grapefruit, peach, gooseberry jam. Herby spicy hop action.

Appearance is oily black, a small beige fizzy head. Aroma is chocolate, fudge, toffee, coffee, nutty malt, earthy malty notes. Taste is chocolate, biscuity malt, toffee and caramel, milky coffee, vanilla hints, sweet and nutty malt, cocoa, chocolate cake.

Cloudy / murky dull gold with a frothy off-white head. Dank fruity aroma, a little chewy with juicy fruit, hop bitterness, a touch of resinous pine, little hop kicks and a dry bittersweet finish.
