Draught at source: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is boozy liquor, chocolate, molasses. Alcohol is covered well enough for a brewery of this caliber. The barrel dominates, but in a neutral way. Generally solid.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum, herbs, spice. Taste is sweet and lightly bitter. Whatever.
