500ml bottle. Pinkish ruby colour, fizzy white head that quickly goes. Sweet aroma of berries and cherries, sugar, but a bit artificial. Palate has moderate carbonation and a slight syrupy texture. Taste is sweet of berries mainly but the cherries do come through at the end and more so if you swill around the palate. Decent flavoured cider, very sweet but not to the level of some offerings.

500ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a slight pink tinge with a quickly fading high white fizz. Aroma of pineapple and a hint of raspberry. Very sweet taste with the pineapple coming through and again a hint of raspberry with a slightly sweet apple cider finish. Mouthfeel is tooth rotting sweetness and fairly high carbonation. It’s a tasty but uncomplicated and over sweetened cider.

500ml bottle. Pours bright pink with a large head. Aroma is generic berries and summer fruits squash. Taste has cherries and apple to start, with summer fruits squash on the tart finish. Not overly sweet, easy bbq fodder.

500ml bottle. Pours very pale pink with low carbonation. Aroma is sweet pineapple and raspberry yoghurt with a little apple. Taste has raspberry and apple with a little pineapple on the finish. A touch of peach.

500ml bottle. Clear slightly pink colour, no head. Sweet apple and some raspberry on the nose. Taste is sweet, apples, slightly artificial raspberry (flavoured sweets, rather than the fruit), didn't get any pineapple. Not bad for what it is, but probably my least favourite of theirs so far.

[50cl bottle from Sainsbury’s, Bracknell.] A pale straw coloured pour with quick white fizz; slightly dusty apple aroma; sweet with a predominantly apple taste; and some lime to finish. More cider like than most of their offerings, but probably should not be rateable here.

[50cl bottle from Sainsbury’s, Bracknell.] A raspberry pink pour with a short lived pink fizz; sweet fruity aroma, perhaps cherry; sweet fruity taste with some drier, almost earthy, apple coming through. 100% alcopop.

Bottle from ASDA, Halifax. Pinkish-purple with this berry fruit colouring best represented in others senses in its nose with a decent aroma, but slightly metallic-tangy in taste through the fusion with its apples. Its fruit is certainly lesser in design here. Carbonated.

Bottle @ Dusty Miller, Mytholmroyd. Paler red coloured. Crisp with a red berry fruitiness. Decent with ice on a hot day.
