Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours ruddy copper (dark) with a large foamy beige head. Holding against a strong LED bulb reveals beauty. Aroma of fruity hop, roasty malt, and chocolate notes. Med body or so. Flavor reveals nutty, roasty malt, chocolate, and arguably fruity hops - seeded fruit. Kind of cidery or perry. Just a suggestion there. It’s light, and gets a bit earthy/dry for the finish. Probably sessionable.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours - well first foam begins oozing from the bottle - translucent gold with a white head. Aroma can be fairly described as peppery Brett. Med body or so. There’s a lightly funky peppery/spicy/earthy flavor, and it takes some thought to parse out the Brett. But Brett it is. Horse blanket it’s not. This farmhouse is a smoother, milder, more sophisticated wild child. Obviously folks will differ on this ale. Compare the first two ratings. :)

On draft at Tap 25. It pours yellow with a white head. The aroma is bready with light citrus, florals, toffee and some circus peanuts? (the candy) Weird. The flavor is drier with lots of bread, orange a little florals and earthy toffee notes in the background. Stone fruit. Mildly earthy bitter finish. Ok.
