16oz can. Really solid stuff, World Class all the way. Delightful deep noble hop tone, zest and bright. Cleaned up body, truer North German Pils feel than most micro examples. Perfect lagering, smooth malt tone. Fantastic beer.

16oz can. Hazy tan-orange body. Bright, zesty hop tone. Creamy, wheaty, oaty body. Soft and pillowy, reminiscent of Phase Three stuff sort of. A pretty solid, enjoyable beer.

16oz can from the brewery. Brown-burgundy body, thin beige head. Big European malt tone, sweet and bready. Delicate, excellent lager notes. Very easy drinking, perfect medium to full body. Perfect brown chocolate malt flavors. Smoked malt is mild, well incorporated.

16oz can. Deep brown body, approaching black. Steady beige head. Pleasantly medium bodied. Does drink sort of like a Porter, smooth and easy dark malt tones. Hop balance is there, but soft and delicate. Really good.

On tap at The Map Room. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral and earth. Slick body, toasted malt, earth, spice, light crisp finish, very good.

Sampled from the tap at Afterthought. Pours a clear amber with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light bread and grass with a bit of straw and light pine. Flavor is full of bread and grass with straw and hay in the finish.

16 oz. Can dated 3/10/21, bought at Orange & Brew 3/21. Kicks up a big, foamy head when poured straight, with a lightly golden colored beer underneath. Just a few bubbles minding their own business around the glass. Smell is light malt, with a bit of saline from a pilsner water profile. It's a single malt, single hop beer (Tettnang), so an uncommon chance to taste a single Noble hop. Sharp and peppery, with many just a bit of the resin that overwhelms American hops. The hop kind of overwhelms the slightly bready malt character, so it is an American interpretation of a German style. And I get to pop the cap on another area brewer.
