16oz can. Really great Irish Red. On the edge of black, how I like them. Tons of caramel and rich malt tone, but balanced and true. Perfect palate. Toffee finish. Lots of depth. Super for the style.

16oz can. Awesome Stout. Rich and full of flavor and depth even with the moderate ABV. Pretty much Stout lover's paradise. Delicious. Perfect body.

16oz can. Really great Golden Ale. Maris Otter leads it. Floral and bitter hops. Great balance. You could call it a Bitter for sure. Delicious.

16oz can. Really nice beer. Great hop selection, old school NW but with modern expertise. On the edge of juicy, but the Chinook keeps it nice and bitter and piney. Easy drinking body, but not too light either. Great beer.

Draught @ Beermiscuous, Chicago IL (Feb 2026). Faintly cloudy brown with red highlights, creamy beige head, sweet caramel aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste, faint dried fruits flavor, alcohol undertones, smooth body, long caramel finish. Well balanced and easy to drink

16 oz can that was shared with me by my friend Tom. The pour is a softly hazed orange yellow with a minimal off white head. The aroma is a nice balance between the citrus, melon hops and rich nutty biscuit malt. The taste is very fresh hop notes, the citrus expressed as pineapple which is nicely balanced with the biscuit and nuttiness from the malt. There is a hint of cream to the flavor as well, though in balance unlike many hazy IPAs. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, unfiltered mouth feel and a clean crisp citrus finish. This was really nice, thanks, Tom.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has grass and straw with a bit of hay coming through. Flavor is similar with a nice hay note supported by slightly sweet grain and bread with some grass growing.

16oz can. Great hop combination. Bigger and heftier than a typical Session IPA, better too. More or less a juicy IPA. Rindy, but juicy hops. Pleasant maly depth. Good stuff.

16oz can. Cool hop combination. Strata is bright and bold, backed up by the Amarillo and Azacca. Has some bite and bitterness. Enjoyably not a Citra-Mosaic borefest, this is a rather bold IPA.
