Tap at Adams Street. Doughy Rauchbier. Big smoked malt tone. Oak adds some sweetness. Doesn't really nail it, but unique enough.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Berghofs, Terminal 1 ORD.

Pours black with a small, lasting tan head. The aroma is of dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is very roasty with coffee prominent and some dark chocolate in the background. Full bodied. There are some hops coming through in the finish. Very good.

Pours clear gold. It smells lemony with some light hop resin. The flavor is citrusy and moderately bitter with some bready, grainy malt. It’s alright.
