16oz can. Unfiltered or at least murky orange-tan body. Pretty straightforward, certainly more in the Festbier category than a deep Oktoberfest, but perhaps somewhere in between. Nice malts tone, very drinkable. Good.

16oz can. Unfiltered looking orange-tan body. Steady white head. Soft corn notes in the aroma. Clean, easy drinking, quite refreshing. Simple corn lager, well brewed. Good.

16oz can. A pretty solid modern APA. Has some malt depth, not much. Juicy hop tone, but a pinch of bitterness in there as well. Very drinkable. Good beer.

Draft at the Downers Grove tap House. Golden amber color with a thin white head. Smell is kind of mild, perhaps some lactic, then a light PNW hop nose. Taste starts with toasty malts. Them there's some piney hop with just a touch of citrus. Salt is not that noticable a component, more to soften the water people, perhaps.

Draught @ Old Town Pour House - Naperville, IL (Oct 2024). Cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orange peel taste, coriander flavor, smooth body, long orange peel finish. Tasty NEIPA.

Stouty black in a tulip glass, with a thin ring of tan foam. Smell has the mellowness of a milk stout, and I do get a wood of that port wine, plus some oak. Roasty malt is first on the tongue, a mild coffee impression. Seems like there's some berry behind this, or that's just the wine barrel talking. Goes down smoothly, despite the roastiness, with a slight reminder of the wine.

Tap at Alter. Creamy and sweet. Orange juice. Vanilla. Sherbert. Hoppy enough, but awkward body. Lemony. Different.

Tap at Alter. Lots of malt depth. Prune, raisin, caramel, rye... simple solid noble hop balance. Drinkable, restrained if any Belgian yeast tone. OK.
