0.5 l bottle from 'DeBiersalon.nl', 2022 vintage. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, minimally sourish, rather fruity and a bit funky aroma of ripe apple, pear and light walnut. Only slightly sweet, quite woody-dry, minimally sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apple, wood, light pear and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, a little tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting one, quite tasty, but rather dry, much more so than the aroma would suggest.

Vintage 2020. Lmited to 1500 bottle that year. Smukla wysoka butelka zamyka stare odmiany jablek. Wyprodukowane z pasja, bez pospiechu, złożone mocne i slidkie, likierowe wrecz, lekko mgliste, bursztynowego koloru, pachnie lupinka orxecha włoskiego. Smakuje niczym najlepsza szarlotka w ludeczce z doliny strążyskiej. Oleiste cierpkie nuty drzewa, kasztanow. Alko ukryte, choc szybko rozgrzewa. Bardzo zlozone.

Bottle recieved with Euro Swap, many thanks to Rotaman14! The cider is amber colored with Ne head. The aroma of apple, roasted apple. The taste is Sweet, apple juice, a bit Apple sour. Very nice and easy drinkable.

Golden colour, darker than typical ciders. Initially light and smooth, has bitter finish. Slightly sour, not sweet. Much like French ciders. Fantastic.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is apple, rich apple, vanilla, bread, macerated apples - riped apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, intense, rich, macerated apples - caramelized apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20191026]

Bottle courtesy of Wojcech, thanks. Nice spritz-like color no foam. Nose: intensive wild macerated apples, hint of nail polish (+), sherry. Mouth: pretty sweet as a cider, lovely peppery led finish.
