We are a family owned and operated craft brewery, restaurant and vineyard located on our seventy year old farm by the sea in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. We love fresh batches of beer and all of our brews are handcrafted using only four ingredients; rainwater, malt, yeast and hops, with a whole lot of Eagle Bay sunshine to power our brew house. We do not add preservatives, additives or pasteurise our beers. As a West Australian brewery we are proud of our roots and our approach to creating well-made beers with drinkability. All of our beers are brewed and bottled on-site in Eagle Bay, Western Australia.

Schooner on tap at Cottesloe Beach Hotel, Perth. Clear amber beer with thin film of foam on top. Nose is sweet malt with a little fruit. Medium carbonation. Laces well. Medium body, zingy and fresh. Finish is lightly bitter & fruity with late toast. Interesting Kolsch.

Cask at the Royston Hotel, Melbourne. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a long-lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, biscuit dough, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth rich malty, toffee caramel, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Served warm and went down a treat.
