Description
We are a family owned and operated craft brewery, restaurant and vineyard located on our seventy year old farm by the sea in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. We love fresh batches of beer and all of our brews are handcrafted using only four ingredients; rainwater, malt, yeast and hops, with a whole lot of Eagle Bay sunshine to power our brew house. We do not add preservatives, additives or pasteurise our beers. As a West Australian brewery we are proud of our roots and our approach to creating well-made beers with drinkability. All of our beers are brewed and bottled on-site in Eagle Bay, Western Australia.

Can. Clear light amber with a modest white head. Aroma of citrus, breadcrust, weeds, some pine. Rather fizzy. Dryish with the slight caramelised edge giving way to pine and weeds. Citrus and maybe some peach underneath.Fairly bitter end.

Can. Clear gold with a good cm of white head. Aroma of bread, honeyed hay, light spices. Medium bodied. Pretty clean rich malts are a bit toasty with moderate spicy bitterness. Wholesome, slightly warming.

Can. Dark brown. A tan head doesn't last. 3- Malty aroma with caramel, mocha, spices. Silky with low carbonation. Taste starts as it smells but whisky and firmer spices build nicely towards the end. Roast is more obvious too. Like that intense finish.

--Bottled at Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. -- Clear deep, rich firm head. Mild citrus aroma. Dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward malt structure, tangerine and orange before a mildly piney quite bitter finish. Uncomplicated and nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly murky medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light toffee malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, light tropical citrus, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice and bitter. Rather sessionable.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, dry cardboard yeast, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malty, light citrus fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A half decent lager with some flavour and less carbonation than the mainstream competition.

The aroma is light toffee malt, light herbal floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, malty, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, grassy, citrus fruit hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, light, juicy lemon/ lime citrus, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Tasty and somewhat sessionable.

Bottle at Paus Craft Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark reddish brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is roasty caramel malt, chocolate, coffee, light liquorice. The flavour is moderate sweet, liqouirce with a sweet roasty, dry chocolate, liqouirce bitter palate and a long liqouirce bitter finish. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
