(Cask at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20230918) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had stone fruits, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, stone fruits, biscuits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with some yeasty notes.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20230918) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, grain, malts and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbal, fruity and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew with grainy notes. Bit too fruity.

Cask @ Gallows Bird Tapiola. Dunkel In a cask?! Smooth, soft and delicate with hints of roasty maltiness, caramel, toffee, grassy hops, earthiness and chocolate. Surprisingly balanced and soft. Keg @ the brewpub. Poured hazy light orange in color. Orange juicy with a zesty bite, quite dry and with tropical fruity flavors as well. Nice bite.

At the brewpub. Not cask anymore from what I noticed. Poured light yellow in color. Notes of coriander and citrus zest. Wheat and peppery notrs. True to style.
