(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, thanks fonefan, 20240828) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spicy yeast, black pepper, fruitiness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, spicy yeast, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, floralness, earth and bitterness. A tasty spicy brew.

Sweetish, slightly stuffy ripeish tropical fruity and citrusy with some grapefruit, floral notes, pineapple, hints of peaches and tangerine, faint notes of bitterness. Decent, but a bit easy going and lacking hoppiness and haziness.

Cask edition with Idaho 7, Citra & Nectaron dry hopping. Smooth, slightly fruity and juicy with some tropical notes, peaches, floral hops and citrus, hints of grass and stuffy soapy herbal hay. Tap at Gallows Bird. Amber colour, small white head. Light stuffy fruits and alcohol in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Quite boozy, some fruityness but mainly alcohol. Meh.
