Tap at Gallows Bird. Amber colour, small white head. Light stuffy fruits and alcohol in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Quite boozy, some fruityness but mainly alcohol. Meh.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20240515) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had herbalness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A nice and clean brew with herbal notes.

(Cask at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20240515) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and smoke. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, smoke, sweetness, tar and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, tar, smoke and bitterness. Tasty. Bit too much liquorice.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20240515) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, grass, grain and mildly molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, pine and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A bit too hoppy for a festbier but tasty.

Keg @ Brewpub. Rated on 13.4.2024. Poured hazy deep yellow in color. White head. Nores of banana, wheat and light hops, dry finish. Fresh and very drinkable.

Putting it under this one, no mention of ungespundet. From keg @ Gallows Bird. Poured hazy and golden in color. Smooth and quaffable with dusty grainy maltyness. Light peppery touch. Solid brew.

Juicy, citrusy, slightly pellety hoppy and chalky, but still quite fresh and tropical fruity. Crushable and juicy with a nice hop bite.
