(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, thanks fonefan, 20240828) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, biscuits and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, biscuits, malts, light sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had some fermentation flavours, malts and bitterness. Not ready yet.

Aroma had spicy yeast, black pepper, fruitiness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, spicy yeast, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, floralness, earth and bitterness. A tasty spicy brew.

Keg @ Olarin Panimo, Espoo. Rated on 7.6.2024. Poured unclear and orange in color, white head. Citrusy aroma, malty backbone, ok bitterness, pleasant easy brew.

Sweetish, slightly stuffy ripeish tropical fruity and citrusy with some grapefruit, floral notes, pineapple, hints of peaches and tangerine, faint notes of bitterness. Decent, but a bit easy going and lacking hoppiness and haziness.

Stuffy, sweetish and slightly malty with hints of grainy notes, some grassy hops, grapefruit and yeastiness, mild bitterness. A bit unbalanced but still pretty crushable

Cask edition with Idaho 7, Citra & Nectaron dry hopping. Smooth, slightly fruity and juicy with some tropical notes, peaches, floral hops and citrus, hints of grass and stuffy soapy herbal hay. Malty, grassy and earthy with some toasty maltiness, hints of caramel, toffee, pine and resin, some hay and citrus, mild bitterness. Quite old skool british IPA
