Smooth, bready toasty malty and biscuity with hints of toffee, grass, hay and earthiness, mild bitterness. Soft and crushable, works great on cask.

Smooth, slightly oaky and roasty with hints of vanilla, toffee, syrup, caramel, raisins, prunes and mild bitterness. Barrel notes are really subtle, but otherwise pretty good and surprisingly hoppy porter.

Crisp, malty and slightly grainy with some earthiness, grass and herbal notes, hints of grapefruit and bitterness in the finish. A bit harsh and slightly unbalanced.

Smooth, slightly herbal and grassy hoppy with hints of pine, resin and earthiness, mild bitterness and a bit stuffy finish. Okay easy going cask APA.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20250527) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, toasted malts, molasses, caramel and dark fruits. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, earth, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste had earth, toasted malts and bitterness. Good looking brew that started very sweet but turned surprisingly dry at the finish.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20250527) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, fruitiness and alcohols. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, ripe fruits, sweetness, alcohols and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, alcohols and bitterness. A bit unbalanced hoppy brew. The alcohol could have been hidden better.

Dry, fruity and grassy with some citrus, grapefruit and floral notes, hints of berries. Crisp and bitter finish. A bit unbalanced but nicely bitter cask APA
