Bottle@Mathews tasting. Pours opaque black with medium off-white head. Aroma is rotated malt, ground coffee, espresso, coconut and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and rich with coffee, dark chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla, chocolate mousse and hints of rye. Very rich

Bottle @ Torben Mathews Nice head withgood duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, coffee, chocolate, licorice and hops. Nice coffee finish.

Bottle@Mathews tasting. Aroma is malt, syrup and yeast. Taste is medium to very sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long and acrid with notes of syrup, nutmeg, lavender, watermelon and hints of pepper.

Bottle@Mathews tasting. Pours clear amberish rosé with large white head. Aroma is wheat, chalk and raspberry. Taste is light sweet, faint bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly sour with notes of fruit, yeast and liquorice.
