Draught at Gelnfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm Clear deep amber, rich very firm head. Strong hoppy aroma of lychee and grapefruit.Dy and crisp with clean moutfeel. Some cookie malt hides under the powerful, aromatic hops. Definiteively west coast style IPA (well, Mölndal is on the Swedish west coast). In the finish the bitterness dies off very quickly, rendering a light metallic touch. With more bitternes I’d rate it as one of th best Swedish brews I’ve tasted - now it’s only nearly there. With there latest releases Dugges is starting to threaten Närke on the Swedish throne.

Draught at SBWF 06 as Höstbryg. I wonder if this is the one. The aroma and flavour are sour, but OK balanced out by some malt.

Draught at SBWF 06. Mild fruit aroma with a hint of spicy aroma hops. Almost black colour. Fruity flavour, with some maltiness later. Mild but good.

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Deep amber with rich creamy head. Strong hop aroma of grapefruit and lychee. Sweet and dense with clean caramely malt character and loads of perfumy lychee-like hops. Lightly roasty with lingering bitter finish. Surprisingly balanced. Extremely American style with it’s massive hop content and clean mouhfeel. A 1.9xIPA?

Draught. Sweet liquorice aroma. Almost black colour, small light brown head. A little cardboard flavour. Not much roastiness, more like a sour graininess/bitterness.

Draught. Well aroma-hopped. Clear golden colour, creamy white head. The flavour is quite aroma-hopped, going into the sour zone. Lots of hops, not the bitter kind, but aromatic.

Draught. Quite hoppy aroma, refreshing and grassy. Dark chestnut colour. Small light brown head. Citric hop flavour, not very Belgian. Tastes more like a pale ale or IPA. Very late yeasty hint.

Draught. Nice hop aroma, not overdone, well-balanced. Fresh, grassy hops. mber colour, seems clear. Small, but nice and creamy head. The flavour is nice and clean. Not fruity, but a good example of a bitter. The flavour seems to come mostly from the hops, grass, hay, very slightly citric. Thin, but in the nice way it is supposed to be. Would probably kick arse from cask.

Bottled, courtesy of Gnoff, thanks a lot. Lightly unclear, reddish brown beer with a beige head. Very fruity aroma with lemon and grapefruit, and some malt in the back. Grapefruit and lime in the flavor, and a fullbodied, lightly drying mouthfeel. Gnoff certainly likes hops, and knows how to use them. A very refreshing beer, and I wouldn’t have thought it was only 4.8% ABV. (061124)

(Draught sampled at the brewery) Rating from the mind here. Had a few samples of this beer at the brewery. Golden color with a white head. Hoppy citrus like scent. Smooth bitter hoppy taste. Smooth mouthfeel with medium bitterness.
